Oakley Motorcycle Club (OMC) is more than just a place to park your bike; it’s a thriving and diverse community for motorcycle enthusiasts of all ages and interests. Based in the small village of Oakley in Bedfordshire, South East, our club is the premier hub for riders from across the UK, including the wider regions of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire. With a membership of over 500, we’ve built a reputation for being one of the largest and most welcoming non-owners clubs in the country, where the passion for two wheels is the only prerequisite for joining.

Our club is built on a foundation of friendly camaraderie and a shared love of riding, but we offer so much more than a weekly meet-up. Every Thursday evening, members gather at the Oakley Sports & Social Club, where the atmosphere is always vibrant, regardless of the weather. It’s the perfect opportunity to chat with fellow bikers, exchange stories, and plan the next adventure. The club provides a social and relaxed environment, with a bar and food available, making it a great place to unwind after a long week.

OMC is renowned for its extensive and varied calendar of events, designed to cater to every type of rider. We organize a wide range of ride-outs, from short, local jaunts through the scenic Bedfordshire countryside to challenging continental tours that take us across Europe. Our ride-outs are meticulously planned with different speeds and distances in mind, ensuring that everyone, from the experienced tourer to the new rider on a 125cc, can join in the fun. Beyond the road, we also host track days for those who want to experience the thrill of speed in a safe, controlled environment.

But the club’s activities extend far beyond riding. We host a jam-packed schedule of social functions and events throughout the year, including live music nights, quizzes, theme nights, and even activities like go-karting and archery. We are also deeply committed to charity, and have raised tens of thousands of pounds for various worthy causes, with a particular emphasis on supporting the East Anglia Air Ambulance. Our membership includes exclusive discounts at a number of local and national motorcycle businesses, making the £15 annual fee an incredible value.
