The cafe is famous for its unapologetically bold gourmet burgers and “loaded” sides. Each burger is crafted from 100% chuck steak, seasoned in-house, and served in a toasted brioche bun. Highlights include:

The Bowsernator: A monstrous double smashed beef burger loaded with Monterey Jack cheese, four strips of streaky bacon, Bacon Frazzles, and baconnaise.
