The organisers of the UK’s favorite automotive festival are expanding their horizons. MotoFest Coventry has officially launched MotoFest Classic, a new heritage-themed event set to take over Coventry city centre, West Midlands, on June 6th and 7th, 2026.
This weekend-long celebration highlights the city’s global contribution to transport history. Attendees can expect a city centre transformed by hundreds of vintage vehicles, starting with the high-octane Motorcycle Ride-in. A major highlight includes the Jaguar XJ-40 40th Anniversary display, hosted within the historic Coventry Cathedral Ruins.
Fans of live-action motorsport won’t be disappointed, as the Autotest Championship returns to the custom arena beneath the iconic Ring Road near Gosford Street.
“Coventry is the spiritual home of the automotive industry,” says James Noble, MotoFest Coventry Festival Director. “We are delighted to welcome enthusiasts from across the globe to celebrate our rich car and motorcycle heritage at the inaugural MotoFest Classic.”
